Q:   How is Arson different than the other "actor website" design services?  
A:   There are two major ways in which Arson Designs defers from its major competitors. First, all of our websites are custom made. Unlike many of our competitors we do not use templates. We feel that templates lack originality. We also believe that everyone is unique and their website should reflect that. The second major way we stand apart is price. Our custom design website prices are close to what some sites are charging for their template sites! <Top>  
       
Q:   Why don't you provide web hosting?  
A:   Simple, you can get it for less someplace else. We see what some of our competitors are charging for hosting and it makes us cringe... there is no reason why the average person should be paying more then just a few dollars a month for hosting. With this is mind we often suggest our clients use Hostica.com. We have used hostica for our site and many of our clients and have found them to be affordable and reliable. <Top>  
       
Q:   Can you redesign a site I already have?  
A:   The simple answer is "yes". The more complicated answer is it "depends". It can sometime be tricky to edit an existing site depending on what format your prior web designer used. If you have a current site that you want something changed on email us and we will see what we can do! <Top>  
       
Q:   How long will it take to finish my website?  
A:   If all content and materials (photos, bios, resume, etc) are provided for the site at the time we begin work we can usually complete most Standard package sites within a week. The Sophisticated packages normally take a bit longer. The Starter package can often be completed within 24 hours! <Top>  
       
Q:   Why don't you list specific prices on your website?  
A:   The prices we list for the three packages (Starter: $35.00, Standard $175-225, Sophisticated $325-425) are only estimates because every site we create is different. Each of our clients has different expectations for their site and thus prices vary. Once we speak and determine a more detailed site plan we will agree upon a price. <Top>  
       
Q:   What forms of payment do you accept?  
A:   We accept cash, personal check & credit cards through Paypal. All Paypal transactions have an additional 3% fee. <Top>  
       
Q:   Do you require a deposit before you start work on my site?  
A:   While we offer free consultations and estimates for your website we do require a 40% deposit before work begins. Once the site is completed the remaining 60% is due within 3 business days. NOTE: if specific content for your site is not provided to us that was agreed upon during our consultation and will be delayed we will gladly add the information when it becomes available however the final 60% is still due within 3 days of  when we finish inputting the provided content. <Top>  
       
Q:   Can I maintain my new site myself?  
A:   Absolutely! You own your site and because you open your own hosting account you have access to your files 24 hours a day 7 days a week. However, if you do not have the knowledge or the desire to update your site we can easily do it for you. <Top>  
       
Q:   What do you charge to maintain or update my website?  
A:   Again, this is another place where we cringe when we see our competitors prices! Some of them are just OUTRAGEOUS! This is how we handle your updates. When it comes to content and photos we offer 3 different maintenance packages. In each package you receive a set number of credits you choose how to use. Below is the break down for the packages and how the credits work. (If you would like to add additional pages to your site or your desired update is not listed below email us for a quote)

We keep track of all the updates we do for you and can let you know what your remaining point balance is at anytime! When adding an additional photo to your page you get both the version incorporated into your site and the larger version for when someone clicks on the image. <Top>
